The Last Four Hours of a Powder Day:
Monday was a full on powder day and I was stuck at work. I worked an eight hour day from 6am-2pm, then raced over to Canyons for whatever powder was left over from the morning. I skied by myself and managed to find a couple stashes on 9990 and the Aspens off Saddleback. My dog and I finished the day with a bootpack and a few pow turns in my backyard. Spring in Jackson Hole: it doesn’t suck. This is the time of year to ski powder (or corn, or suncups, or bulletproof ice), get started on the mountain bike, enjoy pre-runoff fishing and even dabble in a little miniature golf. When you add all of that and throw in some beer, count us as stoked!
